Our entire team from the World Economic Summit express our grief at the loss of lives and destruction caused by the earthquake in Jajarkot district on Friday night .
We reaffirm our support to the devastated people at this time of need. Our team members are already on the ground in Nepal to coordinate and assist in search & rescue, relief, rehabilitation and rebuilding of the affected areas around Jajarkot.
Sensei Raj who is currently assisting the flood devastated Sikkim villages in rebuilding said in support and solidarity: “6 weeks ago, I stood in front of you in Kathmandu in support of building the Peace Sanctuary in Lumbini in the International Peace Day. I am shocked at the devastation and the suffering of people in Jajarkot and nearby villages. We will help our Nepali friends and supporters with relief and rebuilding their lives. “
